RESPONSIBLE BUYER'S TERMS OF DEPOSIT AND PURCHASE ARE:
(A) A DEPOSIT OF $200 WILL HOLD THIS PET UNTIL THE AGE OF 8 WEEKS. IF THERE IS A CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES AND THE BUYER DOES NOT COMPLETE THE PURCHASE, THE DEPOSIT OF $200 IS NONREFUNDABLE. ANY OTHER MONIES PAID ON THE PURCHASE OF THE PUP OR TRANSPORT COSTS WILL BE REFUNDED BY THE BREEDER.
(B) IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT THE PUPPY BECOMES ILL OR DIES BEFORE LEAVING THE BREEDER, THE DEPOSIT AND ANY OTHER MONIES PAID WILL BE *OF THE BUYER'S CHOICE* EITHER (1)REFUNDED BY THE BREEDER OR (2)TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER AVAILABLE PUP OF THE BUYER'S CHOICE.
(C) IF THE PUP IS BEING FLOWN OR TRANSPORTED BY GROUND TO THE BUYER, ANY ACCIDENTAL DEATH OF THE PUP DURING TRANSPORT WILL BE THE BREEDER'S RESPONSIBILITY AND ALL PURCHASE AND TRANSPORT MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE BUYER, WITH PROPER PROOF OF DATE/TIME/LOCATION OF DEATH.
(D) UNLESS THE PUP IS BEING PICKED UP AT THE BREEDER'S HOME, ALL TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE MADE TO FIT THE DAILY SCHEDULE OF THE BREEDER (FLY DATE, ETC).
(E) IF THE PUP IS BEING PICKED UP AT THE BREEDER'S HOME, ANY BOARDING PAST 8 WEEKS OF AGE *OR* THE SCHEDULED DATE GIVEN BY THE BREEDER FOR PICKUP, WILL BE $5 PER DAY.
1- I AGREE TO SPAY/NEUTER THIS PUP AT 4-6 MOS OF AGE. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS BEING SOLD AS A PET ONLY, AND I WILL NOT TO ALLOW IT TO BREED OR BE BRED.
2- IF FOR ANY REASON IN THE FUTURE I CANNOT KEEP MY PET, I AGREE THAT I WILL CONTACT THE BREEDER FOR HELP OR APPROVAL IN REHOMING IT, OR I WILL RETURN IT TO THE BREEDER AT MY EXPENSE. I WILL NOT SURRENDER THIS PET TO RESCUE, THE POUND, OR ANY ANIMAL SHELTER.
3- I WILL FEED THIS PET ONLY A VERY HIGH QUALITY PET FOOD THAT IS APPROVED BY THE BREEDER.
4- I WILL KEEP IT UP TO DATE ON VACCINATIONS AND WORMINGS, ON A SCHEDULE APPROVED BY THE BREEDER AND/OR MY VET.
5- I AGREE TO KEEP MY CC CLOTHED IN COOL WEATHER.
6- I UNDERSTAND THAT I WILL BE FURNISHED THE LITTER REGISTRATION FORM FOR THIS PUP FROM THE BREEDER'S CHOICE OF EITHER APRI, ACA, OR AKC (LIMITED) UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
To my knowledge this puppy is free of any diseases or genetic defects. This guarantee is valid only if checked by a veterinarian of your choice within 48 hours of receiving the puppy, (weekends and holidays excluded) at buyer's expense. For your assurance, I offer a limited one year guarantee against any life threatening genetic defects. This means, if your vet diagnoses your puppy with any genetic defects that would threaten the life of your pup, contact me immediately! I will need you to send your veterinarian's report along with description. I also reserve the right to send your pup to a vet of my choice (near you) for a second opinion. The second opinion will be of no cost to you IF there is a confirmed defect. In the event your puppy dies unexpectedly, and your vet cannot pinpoint cause of death, a necropsy may be needed to determine cause of death (this will be entirely up to you as it will be an incurred cost for you but IS needed for a refund). Please remember that health is my top priority and if there are ANY health problems with one of my puppies I would need to know to ensure no future breedings with health issues. *Please note: if a condition can be treated, it is not considered life threatening. If an inherited LIFE THREATENING defect is found within one year, I will offer two options: 1. Keep your puppy and I will reimburse one half the PURCHASE price of the puppy. (I would need you to return the registration papers and vet report before any refund can be given.) This option is not offered by most breeders. I offer this option because I know how strong a bond a person can develop with their pet in only a matter of days. If your pet has not been spayed or neutered, I will require that you please do so to avoid this trait being passed on. (Please note, I cannot refund shipping charges.) ~OR~ 2. Return your puppy along with registration papers and vet report. I will then replace your puppy with the next available puppy, as soon as it becomes available. (If shipping charges apply to your situation, you are responsible for all related costs due to shipping including crate, health certificate fees, and vet expenses.) *I do not warrant against Parvo or other contagious diseases because I cannot control what the puppy is exposed to once it leaves my care. No puppy should leave your house or yard until the full series of puppy shots have been completed, to insure the best possible immunity against communicable diseases. This guarantee is valid only for the buyer signed below. This guarantee covers only inheritable LIFE THREATENING defects for one year. We try our very best to breed and sell only top quality pups, but once a pup leaves our care we have no control over changes in diet, care, environment, vaccination, medication, or abuse. Therefore, we cannot be responsible if the puppy develops a cold, diarrhea, watery eyes, etc. It is up to the new owner to love and care for this puppy as we have.
